About the Role
This is our first dedicated People role. You will own the full lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, performance, development, retention and exits, across a globally distributed team. You will also help us articulate and protect the culture as we scale.
We want someone who has already done this work, knows what good looks like, and is happy to roll up their sleeves rather than build a function from the top down.
Responsibilities
- Own hiring end-to-end: job descriptions, candidate pipelines, first-round screening, offer process.
- Run onboarding, probation, performance reviews and development plans.
- Manage offboarding and termination processes with care and consistency.
- Help leadership define and defend culture as headcount grows.
- Build the operational backbone for People: policies, systems, comp bands, country compliance.
Required Skills and Experience
- Track record running People for a growing technology company, ideally global.
- Confident across hiring, performance, compensation and offboarding.
- Strong written and verbal communication. Comfortable in difficult conversations.
- Builder mindset. You write the policy, then live by it.
- Cross-border employment experience is a strong plus.
