About the Role
We need someone on the ground in Thailand who owns the physical side of our deployment there: racks, cabling, hardware swaps, remote-hands work, escort coordination and the dozens of small things that go wrong inside a live facility.
The right person grows into a regional operations role. As we expand to new sites, you would be one of the first people we send to bring them online.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day site presence at our Thailand facility.
- Rack and stack equipment, terminate fibre and copper, manage cabling and labelling.
- Carry out hardware swaps, hot swaps, and remote-hands tasks for the wider team.
- Coordinate with facility staff on access, escorts, deliveries and change windows.
- Travel to other regional sites for deployments and turn-ups as we expand.
Required Skills and Experience
- Hands-on datacentre experience: racking, cabling, fibre, hardware replacement.
- Comfortable inside live carrier or hyperscale facilities and the procedures around them.
- Calm under pressure. Methodical with cabling and labelling.
- Good written English for ticket updates and shift handovers.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bangkok. Open to regional travel.
